The Bigger Picture
Education is broken. Not because teachers are bad or students are lazy, but because the incentives are backwards. We pay upfront for knowledge we might not use. We take on debt for degrees that might not pay off. We buy courses we don't finish.
Polymatic flips this. Learn first, earn immediately, pay nothing. If you learn something valuable, great. If you don't, at least you got paid for trying.
In five years, we imagine millions of people learning not because they have to, but because it literally pays to be curious. Knowledge becomes its own reward, both intellectually and financially.
